What is the differences between all of the shipping methods?

DPD International Classic (2-5 Days) – Delivery time (2 – 2 days)

Royal Mail International Tracked – Delivery time (3 – 7 days)

Royal Mail International Untracked – Delivery time (5 – 7 days)

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information by the end of the business day. You can also contact our Customer Service team for the shipment information.

Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all UK orders over $2,500 or International orders over $6,000. Please use coupon code FREESHIP to get your free shipping.

How do you accept payment?

Warranty Information

We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. With this understanding, we are happy to provide our customers with a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products.

Are batteries included with products?

Batteries can be added to the order for a small cost. Please select them when ordering

Can I return defective product?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase according to our Shipping & Returns Policies.

I need to change an item ordered on a pending order

Stock ordered can be changed up until the point of dispatch via your nerilo account, please log into your account and visit My Account and select Track an order.

Once orders have been dispatched changes are not possible.
